Subject to the following criteria, we will refund the full price of the product, excluding postage and processing costs.
11Strandentocht products are made-to-order using the highest quality materials and state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.
11Strandentocht is committed to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer during the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please carefully review your designs and correct any mistakes before placing your order. To keep costs low and provide substantial savings to our customers, 11Strandentocht does not proof documents created by customers prior to processing.

11Strandentocht staat volledig achter de kwaliteit van zijn producten en diensten. Als u niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop, neem dan binnen 30 dagen na de aankoopdatum contact op met de klantenservice. Onder de volgende criteria zullen we de volledige prijs van het product terugbetalen, exclusief verzend- en verwerkingskosten.
11Strandentocht producten worden op bestelling gemaakt met de beste kwaliteit materialen en geavanceerde digitale drukapparatuur.
11Strandentocht is toegewijd aan klanttevredenheid. Echter, bepaalde omstandigheden liggen buiten onze controle. Let op dat we niet verantwoordelijk kunnen zijn voor:
- Spelling-, interpunctie- of grammaticale fouten gemaakt door de klant.
- Inferieure kwaliteit of lage resolutie van geüploade afbeeldingen.
- Ontwerpfouten geïntroduceerd door de klant tijdens het ontwerpproces.
- Fouten in door de gebruiker geselecteerde opties zoals producttype of grootte.
Controleer uw ontwerpen zorgvuldig en corrigeer eventuele fouten voordat u uw bestelling plaatst. Om de kosten laag te houden en aanzienlijke besparingen aan onze klanten door te geven, controleert 11Strandentocht geen documenten die door klanten zijn gemaakt voorafgaand aan de verwerking.
